We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and garden, were exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect as it was very close to the center of Forio and had easy transportation access for exploring Capri and other areas. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel staff did everything they could to ensure you enjoyed your holiday, nothing was too much trouble. The staff all seemed "hand picked" enthusiastic and proud of their profession.
Going in August is obviously the time for Italians to have their holiday and initially we found it strange to be the only English people in the hotel. We soon got used to it, relaxed and found we had so much to talk about.

There was a lovely large pool with floating sun beds. The room was quite large and clean. We had a small patio with table and chairs and the scrub ensured some privacy. There were nice trees and plants in the hotel. It was quite close to the centre of Forio, with a bus stop outside. However the buses are infrequent and the taxi's expensive. There were discounts offered by the hotel for Negombo Thermal baths and the umbrella / sunbeds on the beach (10 euros for 2 people).
Staff not always helpful. Would say they speak english, but didnt understand and some were rude. The quality for the breakfast was not so high nor was it changed throughout our stay. We were travelling with my mother (81yo). We rang ahead of arrival to ask if they could pick us up from Forio Port and explained that we had an older woman accompanying us, but were refused (consquently we paid 15 euro for a taxi to take us less than 1km) However the hotel has a golf buggy on site and will transfer around Forio. Later when we asked the staff to take us to the beach in Forio with the buggy, they refused and it would not agree to pick up.

Had a great New Year's at this hotel. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The indoor and outdoor pools were a great way to relax and unwind. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local shops and attractions.
The rooms were a bit outdated and small, but we didn't spend much time in them anyway. The hot water took a while to heat up, but once it did, it was fine.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the centre of town and the beautiful beach. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially at the reception desk. They provided excellent service, including room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were great, with heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, offering delicious meals and drinks. We particularly appreciated the staff's attention to detail and their willingness to explain what was in each dish. The spa and wellness centre was another highlight, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, and massage services. We also enjoyed the relaxing garden area and the free Wi-Fi provided in public areas. our experience here was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel.
This venue is recommended for everyone.

Had an amazing time, the location was perfect for exploring the town. the pool was great and we even received complimentary spa treatments. the bar staff were awesome and made us feel at home.
The room was a bit dated and could use some updates. We also had some noise from the neighboring apartment which was disruptive.
